Pre-soaked toner pads for oily and blemish-prone skin, used right after cleansing. Lift one pad with the tong, swipe it from the centre of the face outwards, and leave it. There is nothing to rinse. Once a day, and evening is the better slot.

Each pad picks up the oil, sunscreen and residue your cleanser left behind, and a blend of humectants (butylene glycol, propanediol and glycerin) leaves skin cool and damp rather than tight. Allantoin helps freshly washed skin feel calm, and skin feels smoother with pores looking clearer once the residue is off. Salicylic acid, cica, witch hazel, tea tree and chamomile make up the AC Series blend.

1. Cleanse and pat dry. Slightly damp skin is fine too.
2. Open the jar and lift one pad with the tong. Close the lid straight away: the pads dry out in an open jar, and a dry pad is a wasted pad.
3. Swipe from the centre of the face outwards: forehead, nose, chin, then cheeks. Give the nose and hairline a second pass; that is where sunscreen hides. Avoid the eye area.
4. Do not rinse. Give it 30 seconds to settle.
5. Continue with serum, moisturizer and, in the morning, sunscreen.
6. Once a day is the default, and evening is the better slot. Oily skin can go twice.
