Most mascara complaints are brush complaints. Bristles grab six lashes at once, dump most of their load at the root, and cannot get anywhere near the inner corner. This mascara removed the brush.
THE METAL WAND
The applicator is a slim, curved metal wand with fine grooves along its surface. The grooves hold a thin, measured film of mascara, so each stroke deposits a little, exactly where you point it. The curve follows the lash line, and the fine tip works single lashes, inner corners, and the lower row that brushes smear. Coating lashes one by one stops being a figure of speech.
WHY THE CURL HOLDS
Almost a third of the formula is wax: ozokerite, beeswax, microcrystalline and carnauba among them, around 28% combined. Wax holds shape. An 8.5% silicone resin (trimethylsiloxysilicate) reinforces the film, and the light solvent that carries it all evaporates within a couple of minutes of application. Whatever lift the lash has at that moment is the lift the film keeps. Shape early; once it sets, it is committed.
LENGTH AND THICKNESS, FROM FIBERS
1.4% rayon fibers ride along in every coat and bond into the resin film as it sets. That is where the added length and thickness come from: real material on the lash, at a dose low enough to read as your lashes rather than a strip lash. Build coats where you want more.
WATER, SWEAT, AND HONESTY
The formula is nearly water-free (0.9%), and the film it leaves is wax and silicone resin, neither of which dissolves in water or sweat. No resistance test exists for this product, so you will not find survival hours here. The film's weakness is oil, which is by design: an oil-based cleanser takes it off in about thirty seconds.
✓ Grooved metal wand carries a thin, even dose per stroke, so you coat lashes individually instead of six at a time
✓ Curved to follow the lash line, with a fine tip for inner corners and lower lashes
✓ Around 28% wax (ozokerite, beeswax, microcrystalline, carnauba) sets lashes in the lifted shape you comb in
✓ 8.5% silicone resin reinforces the set; the light solvent evaporates in minutes, locking the curl without a curler ritual
✓ 1.4% rayon fibers bond into the film for length and thickness that still reads natural
✓ Thin-dose applicator makes clumping hard to achieve, even on a third coat
✓ Near-anhydrous wax and resin film holds through water and sweat; removes with an oil-based cleanser
✓ Fragrance-free, paraben-free (preserved with phenoxyethanol)
1. Twist open. Start at the root and pull through to the tip in slow, even strokes, letting the curve of the wand follow your lash line.
2. Use the tip of the wand for inner corners, outer corners, and lower lashes, one lash at a time where you want definition.
3. Comb your lift in early. The formula sets as its light solvent evaporates, within a couple of minutes, and the shape it sets in is the shape it keeps.
4. Let each coat set for about a minute before layering. Two or three thin coats build more than one heavy one.
5. Close the cap tightly after every use, and don't pump the wand. The texture depends on a volatile solvent, and it will evaporate in the tube if you let it.
Caution: Stop using and seek medical treatment if any signs of abnormality appear. Keep out of reach of children.
