Sensitive skin is usually a barrier problem. The outermost layer of skin works like a wall: cells are the bricks, and a precise mix of lipids (ceramides, cholesterol, fatty acids) is the mortar holding them together. When that mortar thins out from over-cleansing, retinoid courses, sun, or air conditioning that never switches off, water escapes faster than skin can replace it, and things that never stung before start stinging. This cream works on the mortar.
The ceramide system
The formula carries all five ceramide types found in skin's own barrier (NP, NG, AP, AS and EOP) alongside cholesterol and phytosphingosine, the partners they need to organize into the barrier's layered structure. The working dose comes from hydroxypropyl bispalmitamide MEA at 0.1%: a patented biomimetic ceramide that performs the same role in a form stable enough to use at meaningful levels. Even the emulsifier plays along. An olive-derived pair (1%) assembles the cream itself into lamellar layers, the same architecture as the barrier it reinforces.
The microbiome pair
Houttuynia cordata from Jeju island, fermented with a Bacillus strain. Fermentation does what digestion does: it breaks large plant molecules into smaller fragments skin can use, and the brand's data shows it increases the availability of quercetin, the extract's key antioxidant. At 0.25% extract with 0.13% ferment, its job is keeping the skin-surface environment balanced while the lipids handle structure.
The comfort base
Hydration comes from proven, unglamorous numbers. 5% glycerin and 4.3% butylene glycol pull water into the upper layers, while 3% shea butter and 4% cetearyl alcohol (the waxy, non-drying kind of alcohol) hold it under a thin, breathable film. Panthenol (vitamin B5) supports comfort. The texture is a dense cream that blends out lighter than it looks, sets without grease, and layers cleanly under sunscreen.
What's not in it
On sensitive skin, absences count as much as entries. No fragrance, which is the most common cosmetic irritant. No silicone, no colorants, no mineral oil, no paraffin, no microbeads, and no parabens either. Nothing in the tube is decorative.

- 0.1% patented biomimetic ceramide carries the working dose
- Fermented Jeju Houttuynia with Bacillus supports a balanced skin surface
- 5% glycerin pulls water in; 3% shea butter keeps it there
- Fragrance-free and 6-free: no silicone, colorant, mineral oil, paraffin or microbeads
- Dermatologically tested; suitable for sensitive, dry and acne-prone skin
- Morning and evening; sits cleanly under SPF and makeup

1. Cleanse and dry your face.
2. Twist the cap open and dispense a small amount of cream.
3. Dot it across forehead, cheeks and chin, then pat until absorbed. Patting spreads the film evenly without dragging skin that's already annoyed.
4. Use morning and evening. In the morning, finish with sunscreen.
5. Close the lid tightly after each use.
6. Caution: Stop using and seek medical treatment if any signs of abnormality appear.
