SHIPPING POLICY
SK Cosmetics Official (“we,” “our,” or “us”) ships orders placed through www.skcosmetics.ae to customers in the United Arab Emirates, GCC countries, and selected international destinations.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders, including estimated delivery timeframes, shipping charges, customs information, and other important delivery terms.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed after payment has been successfully received and approved.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding:
- weekends
- public holidays
- sale periods
- promotional periods
- unexpected courier or operational delays
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
2. SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
For deliveries within the UAE, the estimated delivery time is:
- 1 to 2 business days for most areas
- remote areas may require an additional 1 to 2 business days

3. SHIPPING TO GCC COUNTRIES

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

- aviation or transport disruptions

- import procedures in the destination country
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- customs clearance
- import inspections
- local authorities
- airline or transport disruption
- local courier delays
- incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
5. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees may vary depending on:
- destination country
- order value
- package weight or size
- shipping method
- promotional offers
Any free shipping promotion, if offered, will be subject to the terms displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including:
- full recipient name
- correct mobile number
- complete address
- apartment, villa, office, or unit number where applicable
- correct city and country
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or failed. Additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.
7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts depending on their policy.
If the customer is unavailable, does not answer delivery calls, refuses the shipment, or fails to provide required information, the order may be:
- delayed
- returned
- canceled after failed delivery attempts
In such cases, additional delivery, return, or handling charges may apply.
8. ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the customer by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the courier notification system after dispatch.
Tracking updates are provided by third-party shipping partners and may take time to appear after shipment is handed over.
9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For GCC and international shipments, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges may apply.
Unless clearly stated otherwise on our website, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are solely responsible for checking the import rules, taxes, duties, and regulations of the destination country before placing an order.
We are not responsible for:
- customs duties or import taxes
- customs clearance fees
- brokerage fees
- delays caused by customs
- shipment holds by customs
- refusal of entry by customs or local authorities
- confiscation or destruction by customs or regulatory authorities
If customs charges apply in the destination country, they must be paid by the customer directly to the relevant authority or courier. Failure to pay such charges may result in shipment delay, return, or non-delivery, and this will not be the responsibility of SK Cosmetics Official.
10. FAILED DELIVERY OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If an order is returned to us due to:
- an incorrect address
- customer unavailability
- refusal to accept the shipment
- failure to clear customs
- failure to pay customs duties or taxes
- failure to provide requested delivery information
we may deduct the following from any approved refund:
- original shipping fees
- return shipping fees
- customs charges
- handling fees
- any other related costs incurred by us
If the order is not eligible for refund under our Return & Refund Policy, no refund may be issued.
11. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us review your claim, please provide:
- your order number
- clear photos of the parcel
- clear photos of the products received
- a short explanation of the issue
Claims for shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
12. DELIVERY DELAYS
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
These may include:
- public holidays
- high order volume
- extreme weather
- transport disruption
- customs processing
- remote area access issues
- courier service interruptions
- force majeure events
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
13. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
In some cases, an order may be shipped in separate parcels depending on stock availability, warehouse operations, or courier limitations.
If this happens, you may receive separate tracking updates.
14. RISK OF LOSS AND DELIVERY COMPLETION
Delivery is considered completed when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer or received by the recipient, building reception, security desk, mailroom, or another person reasonably present at the address, where applicable under courier practice.
Once delivery is marked completed by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer, except where required otherwise by applicable law.
15. ORDER CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPPING
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it usually cannot be canceled.
Any approved return after shipment will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
