1. Clean and dry the skin first. Skip lotion, oil, or skincare on the area — they stop the silicone from gripping.
2. Peel each pad from its plastic packaging and place it over the nipple.
3. Press gently and hold for 15 seconds so it cling-seals.
4. After wear, rinse with clean water — no soap needed — and air-dry face-up in a ventilated spot.
5. Store flat in the plastic case to protect the surface and keep the cling strong.
